Kickin’ Blueberry Kale Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup kale, any variety
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup plain kefir or plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup Pure Protein 100% Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
2 tablespoons walnuts
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender with 4 ice cubes and ½ cup water. Process until smooth and serve immediately.
