Berry Burst Antioxidant Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup frozen wild blueberries (organic if possible)
1 cup frozen blackberries (organic if possible)
1 cup frozen strawberries (organic if possible)
1 tablespoon coconut nectar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the blender. Starting the blender on a low speed, blend until smooth. If needed gradually increase to higher speeds and blend until smooth.
