With the heat taking a toll on us, we all need something to energize ourselves. Therefore, we bring to you these amazingly healthy and tasty smoothies to get rid of those heat blues!
1. Detoxifying Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups almond milk
- 1 avocado
- 1 scoop Amazing Grass Green Superfood, Detox & Digest
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
- fresh blueberries, raspberries and flax seed for topping
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender until fully blended and smooth. Then top with fresh blueberries and raspberries!
- Sip.
- Smile (inevitable).
- Do the happy dance (optional).
