Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup orange juice
2/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons flax oil
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup ice cubes
Directions:
Purée all ingredients in a blender and serve immediately.
