5. Blueberry Tango

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups blueberries
½ cup mango
2 cups spinach
1 large carrot
½-1 cup water

Directions:
Place liquid in blender first, heaviest food last, blend adding water or ice to achieve desired consistency. Lose weight and enjoy!
