7. True Blue Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries
1 large apple (cored)
2 cups spinach
1 oz. avocado
pinch of allspice (optional)
½-1 cup water
1 serving Science-Smart SuperCharged Smoothie Base Mix
Directions:
Place liquid in blender first, heaviest food last, blend adding water or ice to achieve desired consistency. Lose weight and enjoy!
